Creating the Advanced Approval roles

Two roles are required for the Advanced Approval life cycle:

• Users who will verify or approve the documents
• Users who will initiate the Advanced Approval life cycle and release documents

To create the Advanced Approval roles:

Note    In the following procedure, unless specified as examples or defaults, property values must be set exactly as shown.

1. Create two roles as described in Creating, editing, and deleting roles using the descriptions in the following table.

Note    Disabling the Set to document option prevents the roles from being manually added or removed from documents.
